A German transport association running bus, tram and rail across a whole region — with journey planning, tickets and on-demand rides all on one live service.

Passengers needed one live view of buses, trams and trains. Behind it: old systems that had to keep running, several payment providers, and rush-hour load that made departure times lag.

— Solution
We built a modular platform in front of the existing systems and rolled it out step by step — the live service was never interrupted.

— Results
One flow now covers plan, book and pay across 1,000+ routes and three modes, with live departures and delays 24/7. Passenger satisfaction improved, API responses got faster, features reach riders sooner and the association runs the service at a lower cost.
